THE EMSPHERE FUTURE RETAIL is a 24-hour future retail hub that never sleeps, bringing together entertainment, innovation, trends, and future lifestyles across a project area of over 200,000 square meters, with an investment budget exceeding 15,000 million Baht. It uniquely consolidates the best of everything, allocating extensive usable space to meet the needs of the modern generation.

Emsphere is the newest shopping center under The Em District by The Mall Group, which also includes Emporium and EmQuartier. Installation Project by Step Solutions Co., Ltd.

This project was undertaken by Step Solutions Co., Ltd. for the installation of a large-scale LED display system within a multi-story office building. The purpose is to support various activities, including concerts and trade shows. This LED display system is designed to be high-quality, capable of displaying sharp and beautiful visuals.

Installation of LED displays on the M floor for concerts and various events, featuring LED columns extending to the 1st floor to create immersive and continuous visual dimensions. Additionally, LED displays and TVs were installed on the 5th, 5M, and 6th floors, totaling 38 LED screens (approximately 320 square meters).

Business Application Support

For Restaurants: Self-service kiosks allow customers to browse menus, customize orders, and make payments without queuing. This technology is widely adopted in many quick-service restaurants.

For Hotels: Guests can check in and out, request additional services, and receive room keys via self-service kiosks, enhancing hotel service efficiency.

For Retail Stores: Self-service kiosks in retail stores enable customers to view products, select items, and complete payments, improving the shopping experience.

For Airports and Transportation: Self-service kiosks simplify the check-in process for flights, buses, and trains, reducing queues and wait times.

For Healthcare and Hospitals: Patients can check in, verify health insurance, and update personal information, contributing to more efficient patient care services.

On these floors, additional LED displays and TVs have been installed to present visuals and information from various perspectives, enhancing the experience for viewers and participants.

Significance and Benefits

The installation of this LED display system not only enables the building to host a variety of events but also enhances its aesthetic value and integrates the latest technology. Furthermore, it creates an impressive experience for visitors and users, thereby strengthening the positive image of both the company and the building.

Challenges and Obstacles

The structural position of the display was adjusted after initial installation.

As the mall was under construction, multiple contractors were working simultaneously in the area, leading to minor damage to the installed LED display, such as impact causing LED modules to dislodge and decorative paint splattering on the screen.

There was additional work to create a cover around the display, approximately 200 square meters, with a limited working period of only two weeks.
