Planning & Design
Turning your ideas into real products
Creative engineering
Designs are based on real-world use, and experienced engineers test and approve every prototype before mass production.
Manufacturing Technology
Everything under one roof
High-precision laser cutting, forming and sheet-metal bending, seamless laser welding, fine surface finishing and quality painting — strictly controlled by expert engineers for fast, efficient production.
Laser cutting
Fiber laser cutting is ideal for kiosks and LED display frames. It cuts steel, aluminium and stainless steel quickly, handling complex shapes that demand high precision and fine detail.
Hydraulic bending
Hydraulic press brakes bend steel, stainless steel and aluminium into clean, accurate angles — parts stay flat with no warping, at factory-direct cost.
Welding
Skilled welders join steel components into kiosks, LED frames and custom products, working with certified safety equipment at every step for safe, high-quality results.
Painting & oven curing
Powder coating is cured in a temperature-controlled oven at 180–200 °C, adding a durable, corrosion-resistant finish suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Assembly
Our experienced technicians assemble every product, and engineers re-inspect the finished unit before delivery to make sure it meets the specified quality standard.
Quality inspection
Every finished kiosk and display goes through a final functional and visual check before it leaves the factory.
Quality Testing
Tested for real-world conditions
Aging Test Room
Burn-in testing checks quality, durability and stability by controlling temperature, humidity and voltage to simulate real installation conditions. Our heat chamber also checks LED Indoor, LED Outdoor, kiosks and furniture for heat build-up.
Water test room
Rain tests to UL standard simulate light and heavy rain, while sprinkler tests spray water from many directions — confirming outdoor products stay safe from short circuits and corrosion.
Installation Team
Certified, safety-first installers
Our team of professionals has specialised skills in installing equipment and systems, putting safety and quality first. After installation we explain how to use everything and stay available 24 hours a day.
