By accessing or using www.step-solutions.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

2. Use of the website

• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with site availability.

Product specifications, images, dimensions, pixel pitch, brightness figures and other technical data are provided for general guidance and may be updated by manufacturers without notice. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. Final specifications, prices and lead times are those stated in a signed quotation or sales contract.

4. Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document, typically 30 days.
• An order is confirmed once we receive a signed quotation or purchase order and any required deposit.
• Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated, and may be adjusted for changes in scope, site conditions or currency where the quotation says so.
• Delivery and installation schedules depend on site readiness, access, power supply and structural preparation being completed by the customer.

5. Installation and site responsibilities

Unless the contract states otherwise, the customer provides safe site access, adequate electrical supply, structural support, network connectivity and any permits required by the building owner or authorities. Delays caused by site conditions outside our control may affect schedule and cost.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer warranty stated in the quotation, supported locally by our service centre. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.

• Excluded: damage from power surges, lightning, flooding, fire, pest intrusion or force majeure.
• Excluded: unauthorised modification, repair or relocation by third parties.
• Excluded: consumables, cosmetic wear, and damage from operating outside published environmental limits.
• Preventive maintenance contracts are available separately and are recommended for outdoor and 24/7 installations.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, photography, video, drawings and the Step Solutions name and logo — is owned by Step Solutions or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international copyright and trademark law. Partner brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to indicate authorised distribution or project involvement.

8. Third-party links

Our website may link to partner and manufacturer websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Step Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
