Installation Project
STEP SOLUTIONS installed a digital public information display system for outdoor use. This system comprises two P8 full-color Outdoor LED displays, each measuring 11.52 x 7.68 meters, installed on both the front and back sides to effectively disseminate information. The system's content is managed via Campaign Manager software.
This software facilitates convenient, fast, and flexible content management tailored to user requirements.
Challenges and Obstacles
A change in the LED display installation location occurred during the project. It became necessary to adjust the planned installation site, requiring coordination and adaptation of the installation plan to suit the actual environment. This ensured the project could proceed appropriately.
Due to the large-scale nature of the project structure, it demanded significant time and a large team for implementation. This resulted in some parts of the installation process taking longer than anticipated. Proper planning for resource allocation and time management was crucial to ensure continuous operation, avoid impacting the overall project, and meet deadlines.
