LED Display Installation at Bang Bo Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province

STEP SOLUTIONS has installed one outdoor digital public relations display system. This is a P5 resolution Full Color Outdoor LED Display, measuring 4.8 × 2.88 meters, with a total area of 13.82 square meters, and a module size of 32.

The Bang Bo Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO Bang Bo) in Samut Prakan Province is a local administrative organization under the Ministry of Interior. Its primary responsibility is to manage and develop the Bang Bo subdistrict.

SAO Bang Bo plays a crucial role in implementing infrastructure development projects, such as roads, drainage systems, electricity, landscape improvements, and initiatives to enhance residents' quality of life. This also includes local technology and innovation projects, all aimed at improving convenience, safety, and efficiency in public services.

Installation Project

Step Solutions has installed six LC5PO Outdoor Full-Color LED Displays across various locations within the Bang Bo Subdistrict Administrative Organization's jurisdiction. These displays serve as a central medium for effectively disseminating information, news, and promotional activities from the organization to the public. The six main installation points are:

The installed display unit is the LC5PO Full Color Outdoor LED Display, measuring 4.16 × 2.56 meters (a total area of 10.65 square meters per set), with P5 resolution and high brightness of up to 5,500 cd/m². It is ideal for outdoor applications requiring clear visibility even in direct sunlight. The mounting structure is made from anti-corrosion galvanized steel and supports rear maintenance, ensuring convenience and safety for inspection and upkeep.

The display control system utilizes Campaign Manager Software, enabling administrators to manage content conveniently, quickly, and flexibly. It allows for scheduling, media rotation, and real-time data updates from a central location. Supporting both still images and videos, it is perfect for public relations, announcements, and government agency activities in all situations.

The entire system is designed for maximum efficiency in terms of durability, image quality, and ease of maintenance, ensuring modern and continuous communication between the agency and the public within the Bang Bo Subdistrict Administrative Organization area in the long term.

Challenges and Obstacles

Since the project involved six installation sites, each with unique geographical characteristics, environmental conditions, and varying public utility readiness, it required more time and coordination than anticipated. The team adjusted the work plan and allocated resources appropriately to ensure continuous operations and complete delivery at all sites on schedule.
